Welcome to Community Bible Study!

We are looking forward to a new year of study beginning September 2, 2026. During the year we will study Genesis chapters 1-22 and Job.

You may register online at gastonia.cbsclass.org.

We offer both traditional, in-person Core groups and virtual, online Core groups. We also offer Remote Core groups which meet on Mondays at 10am at Hickory Grove Baptist Church (3717 Hickory Grove Road, Gastonia NC 28056). Both our virtual Core groups and Remote Core groups are limited in the number of participants. Once the Remote and Virtual Cores are full, we will maintain a Wait List for available openings.

We also offer a Children & Youth program that covers children from birth to high school homeschoolers.

Registration is $40 for adults and $10 per child. Scholarships are available.

ABOUT THE CLASS

This is a Women's Class

WED at 09:15 AM - 11:15 AM

Core groups will meet either virtually via Zoom or in person beginning on Wednesday, September 2. The virtual classes will meet online from 9:30am-10:30am.

The Main (in person) class will meet from 9:15am-11:15am at First ARP Church, Gastonia.

The Remote Core groups will begin on Monday, August 31 at 10am-11:30am at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Gastonia.

We will study Genesis chapters 1-22 and Job during the 2026-27 study year.

Birth through homeschool classes are offered at the First ARP location only.

Next Gen Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, craft, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS Children's Ministry.
